Exchange/Refund Policies
Exchanges are accepted up until 14 days after you receive the product.
If there is something that isn't right, please let me know right away, send back the product, & we will ship a new one to you. S&H rates do apply when sending back, but I will cover the costs to ship back out to you. In some cases, if you send me a picture or pictures of what seems to be wrong, I will send you a replacement & pay 20-50% of shipping costs, depending on certain things, which I will always be more than happy to discuss with you.
